This is a little belated since the Push-Ups Challenge ended almost 2 weeks ago, but I was a wee bit busy, what with the wedding and move and all!
I want to take a moment to congratulate everyone who completed the 25 Days of Push-Ups Challenge… way to go!
I love the support we were able to provide each other in the comments section of the challenge page. There were so many ideas for beginner adaptations. And when I asked how to keep my wrists from hurting during push-ups, I got so many helpful tips! Once I started doing the exercises on hand weights, my wrists stopped hurting entirely. Thank you Heather and Aunt Denise!
