3 Things You Need To Make NOW

Three Recipes I’ve Been Enjoying Recently.

Go make them. Make them now, make them this weekend, whatever. Just make them at your earliest convenience. You’ll be glad you did.

1. (never home)maker’s Energy Chunks. They require no cooking, and take a grand total of 5 minutes to make. And they are healthy, filling and delicious to boot!

2. Food & Wine’s Soft Pretzel Sticks. I failed to take a picture of these, but they were so chewy and doughy. And, they were much easier to make than I thought they’d be!

3. Green Eggs & Quinoa.  Because I already want to make it again.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to attend to the 64 pounds of squash
EnergyChunks
and 40 pounds of apples that I picked up today (for a total of only $57!). I’ll post tomorrow about what I’m doing with all the bounty. ;)

I’m generally not a fan of runny eggs, but your quinoa combo looks GREAT!

Yikes, that’s a lot of squash and apples. Could you be feeding a small army? Maybe?

Did you cook the steel cut oats before putting them in the energy balls?
