Today’s eats, at a glance:

IMG_3676

Carrots with Natural PB

IMG_3674Plain Oikos + honey + raspberries

IMG_3675With cereal. For the crunch.

IMG_3683Cincinnati Chili. Sans cheese.  Or beans.   Hey, I was short on time!  Oh, and that is spinach spaghetti.

IMG_3681Broccoli. Frozen.  Unfortunately.  I’ll miss fresh produce this winter!

IMG_3684Cookie.  x2.  Delicious.

Today’s workouts, at a glance:

  • Strength Training
  • Bike 5 miles (in 18:52!)
  • 20 minutes of Yoga for College Students, via Yogamazing. Um, why did I ever stop doing yoga in the first place?

Lots of water.  Lots of exercise.  Lots of fruits and veggies.  Very little processed food.  Not too shabby for Day 1 of Back on Track Week!

And in case you missed it, start thinking about your BSI submission for this week!  The secret ingredient is maple syrup!

Hooray for back on track- day 1! Your spinach spaghetti sounds interesting- I’ve never had that before. Also, I’m with you on missing fresh veggie in the winter- total bummer!

The yoga site looks great, check out Corepower Yoga as well. They have a video on demand series that is really good!
