Cincinnati Chili. Sans cheese. Or beans. Hey, I was short on time! Oh, and that is spinach spaghetti.
Broccoli. Frozen. Unfortunately. I’ll miss fresh produce this winter!

- Strength Training
- Bike 5 miles (in 18:52!)
- 20 minutes of Yoga for College Students, via Yogamazing. Um, why did I ever stop doing yoga in the first place?
Lots of water. Lots of exercise. Lots of fruits and veggies. Very little processed food. Not too shabby for Day 1 of Back on Track Week!

Hooray for back on track- day 1! Your spinach spaghetti sounds interesting- I’ve never had that before. Also, I’m with you on missing fresh veggie in the winter- total bummer!
