		<description>I let it sit about 2-5 minutes (depending on my patience level) and I don&#039;t think I usually stir it. You should be able to tell when it&#039;s ready because there will be a noticeable texture difference in the water of the flax. It&#039;ll look thicker.</description>

Shoot, I&#039;m going to have to check out the e. coli thing... the meat I used for the chili was from TJ&#039;s.  Even though I&#039;m not eating any more of it, Dan is... I&#039;d hate to give him food poisoning! :(</description>
