Hello friends,
My “baking with flax/water instead of eggs” post is done except for one thing: the drawings!
I really want to create some diagrams/pictures to better explain the food science.
However, I don’t have a good program on my computer to do so.
Do you have any suggestions? It doesn’t need to be super complex, but I have nothing on my computer that can do the job.
And while I’m asking for software advice, do you have any suggestions for blog writing programs? I’ve heard great things about Windows Live Writer, but I have a Mac, so that doesn’t work.
If you have any advice, please let me know! I am itching to get this food science post up! 
Can you draw it on paint or word or Indesign or Illustrator (depending on what you have), save it as a jpg then upload it?
Is that what you were asking?
I unfortunately don’t have Paint (apparently it doesn’t come with Macs?), and I’ve been having trouble cutting out the “white space” when I do it on Word. I’ll check out Indesign or Illustrator, though! Thanks for the tip!
