I love curling up with a good book and cup of tea on snowy days like today. But sometimes, I want something a little more decadent. Something a little more sweet. Something containing chocolate.

And lately, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about hot chocolate.

    Mmmmm…. hot chocolate. Yum!!
    I just spent a better part of a weekend making marshmallows, it was super fun once I got the trial batch out of the way and figured out the timing of getting the warmed sugar into the gelatin to whip.
    Oh, and wet your knife as you cut the marshmallows, it reduces the likelihood the marshmallows will stick to the knife as you cut!
