Five (More) Blogger Recipes From My To-Make List

You guys! It is finally starting to feel like spring again! We spent the day yesterday setting up for starting our vegetable seeds, finishing up a project for the office, and realizing just how many yard-related projects we want to do now that the weather is warming up. The cold frames need repainting, the grill area needs new weed block, and the driveway needs a new load of gravel. We have a busy few weekends coming up! But I’m not letting my cooking suffer as a result. In addition to my own recipe development, here are 5 blogger recipes I can’t wait to try:

Chocolate and Matcha Tea Cake 5

Chocolate and Matcha Tea Cake from Lucullian Delights. Because I love baking with tea. And this is chocolate cake, so.

Malai Kofta

Malai Kofta from Kiran Tarun. Kofta curry is one of our favorite things to order at the Indian restaurant down the street, and I can’t wait to try making my own!

Roasted pineapple with pistachios and mint 1 10

Roasted Pineapple with Honey and Pistachios from Blogging Over Thyme. Pistachios and I have been having a major moment this winter. And I adore pineapple. So of course I need to make this!

Lemongrass chicken

Vietnamese Vermicelli Bowl from Feasting at Home. So fresh and vibrant, perfect for spring!

Deep dish cookies

Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie with Caramel and Sea Salt from Pinch of Yum. Because, duh. Might even need to ditch the cake for my birthday next month and make a giant skillet cookie.

What blogger recipes are on your to-make list?

Love seeing Kiran’s recipe on here (my blog worlds are colliding!) And I will gladly take that deep dish cookie for my birthday instead of cake! Now I just have to remember this recipe until June 🙂
