Five Things You Must Make

I’m off to Fitbloggin‘ today! I hope to meet many of you there. If you want to look for me, I look like this:

(Thanks for the photo, Stacy)

And for those of you unable to attend, why not spend some time in the kitchen this weekend?

You could make homemade Nutella (less sugar and oil, more hazelnuts!).

Or what about some whole wheat chocolate chai muffins? I’ll even tell you the best way to store them!

If you’re in a rush, you can’t go wrong with spinach and tomato pasta.

Or some spring ‘fried’ rice, a perfect Friday-evening-on-the-porch-with-a-glass-of-wine meal.

And for a special Sunday breakfast, why not try some cookie dough pancakes?
What are you cooking up this weekend? Or will I get to meet you at Fitbloggin’?

Julie – I just love your food photography! I hope you have a fabulous time at Fitbloggin’! Can you believe that I lived in Baltimore last year and just moved to California a few months ago. Terrible timing! :)

Thank you. I’ve really been working on my photography, so your comment made me smile!

Bummer on the timing, though!

It was so great to meet you this weekend. I’m happy that Katie and I ran into Saturday night and forced you and Cynthia to entertain us while I snacked on some ice cream :) Let’s do it again sometime, okay? :)
