Sometimes, a plain soft pretzel is all you need. Especially when they are fresh from the oven.

Sometimes, a plain soft pretzel dipped into the last of a bowl of soup is perfection.

And sometimes, you just need something delicious to dip your pretzel into. Something like this garlic cheddar dip.

Hey Julie. This dip looks so good, I can taste it already. Maybe it wasn’t smart of me to find your blog when I was hungry. :D I’ll put your cheddar soft pretzel dip on my “have to make this week” list.

Possibly a stupid question but is this recipe still good at room temp/cold? Or does the cheese reharden? Im looking for pretzel dip ideas for a picnic so heat is out of the question.

Room temperature or a little warmer is fine, but I think it would get too hard if it was cold!
