Get-Well-Soon Smoothie

by Julie on March 7, 2011

in Beverage Recipes,Recipes,Smart Food

I’ve been sucking down this smoothie all weekend in an effort to get over this cold or virus or whatever it is. I’m still not better, but I’ve gone from “hurts to swallow” to stuffy nose to runny nose… so the smoothie is definitely helping me get there!

Hope you really do get well soon! I love that this makes so many servings, because when you’re sick cleaning and recleaning the blender is not what you want to focus on.

Evan is right about this making a lot of servings – that is perfect when you’re feeling under the weather. Hope you start to feel better soon!

Love the color – it looks so springy and delicious! I wonder if frozen citrus fruit is like frozen grapes – almost popsicle-like? I will have to give it a try!
