Hey everyone,

Just checking in with a quick “hello.”  I’m currently on the plane halfway to L.A., and my flight has free WiFi.  Score!  Unfortunately, my camera is buried in my bag, and so my eats for today won’t be up…sorry!

I did try spaghetti squash for the first time today, and liked it a lot!  I’ll be making it again!

Okay, my goal is to get as much work as possible done on the flight so that I don’t have to worry about any of it while I’m in Cali, so I’m off!

I’ll try to update regularly this week, but I don’t know what the Internet/time situation will be like at Kari’s.  I do know that we have free WiFi at our hotel Tuesday night-Sunday morning, so I’ll be back then, at the very least!
