Wow, thanks for all the tips! I'm excited to check out Wegman's and the co-op when we go apartment hunting in Ithaca this week, and I know we're going to check out a restaurant or two as well. :)

Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog. So, you're moving to Ithaca huh? Ok you have to go hiking at the falls, wandering around the Commons, go on a wine tour (make sure you have a DD!), and hit up the Farmer's Market. As far as eats, hit up Collegetown Bagels, Purity Ice Cream, Benchwarmers (it's a sports bar but I really like the food), and WEGMAN'S (a grocery store with a prepared foods section, Whole Foods-style). Good Thai places too. Make sure you go to Apple Fest in the Fall. I wasn't as into the healthy living stuff I am now, but I know there's a co-op there where I'm sure you can find fun healthy foods. OH and you have to go to the Moosewood restaurant at least once...famous for thier vegetarian foods and cookbooks.

Oh man...I'm so jealous! I really wish I could go back in time and take advantage of all the things I wasn't into back then. Since you can handle the cold, I think you'll really enjoy it...it's a great town.
