On a related topic, I write lists constantly or need paper around to write down ideas or thoughts of recipes that spring to my head. Definitely goal, task, get things done oriented here!</description>

		<description>I like to set goals at the beginning of each month. I think of them more as little challenges that I can try out for 30 days to see if I like them. I usually make them something that will make me healthier, such as giving up swearing, calorie counting, and chewing my nails as I&#039;ve done in the past.

This month it&#039;s all about exercising in moderation and not over-doing it and feeling ok with it. I&#039;d also like to get into some longer biking runs as I&#039;ve discovered how fun biking is recently. :)</description>
