Remember Project Strength?

What, you forgot about that?

Oh wait, maybe that’s because I did too.

Oops.

Its okay, though. Annie still loves me.

And so, I proclaim tomorrow to be the re-start of Project Strength. Between Sunday, November 29 and Thursday, December 31, I pledge to:

  1. Do push-ups every day.
  2. Strength train 3-4 times a week.
  3. Pilates or yoga 3 times a week.
  4. Cardio 2 times a week.
  5. Ab work every day.

Ambitious? Yes.

Doable? Yes.

A group effort? I hope so! Who wants to join me?

Tomorrow, I will post “before” pictures and current measurements.

Who wants to join me?

And on another note, what should I call my “Science behind food” series?

I am with you! I will mostly be doing yoga, but that definitely kills my arms and core!

Awesome! I’m going to list the bloggers who are joining me on my new Project Strength page (coming tonight!)… do you want to be on the list?

That is a great goal! I def need to work on my strength/yoga/pilates and keep it as a priority! I will be out of the country and not really in a place accessible to exercise but I will try this when I get back!
