Remember Project Strength?
What, you forgot about that?
Oh wait, maybe that’s because I did too.
Its okay, though. Annie still loves me.
And so, I proclaim tomorrow to be the re-start of Project Strength. Between Sunday, November 29 and Thursday, December 31, I pledge to:
- Do push-ups every day.
- Strength train 3-4 times a week.
- Pilates or yoga 3 times a week.
- Cardio 2 times a week.
- Ab work every day.
A group effort? I hope so! Who wants to join me?
Tomorrow, I will post “before” pictures and current measurements.
