I’m alllllll about the snacks lately. My appetite is starting to come back, and so I’ve been on the search for new snack options that don’t include one of my current aversions. I was looking through my recipe index, and realized that my inventory of snacks flavored with preserves is seriously lacking.
So I’m fixing that with these raspberry chipotle candied pecans. They are based off my Mexican hot chocolate roasted pecans (lovvvvve those things), but they use raspberry preserves! I already had an open jar in the fridge because of my raspberry almond spritz cookies, and flavor-wise, raspberry + pecans seemed like a natural fit.
