One of my favorite uses for homemade chicken stock is risotto, and I’m always looking for new flavor combinations for it.  Here are 18 of my favorite risotto recipes (and my tips for getting the perfect risotto, every time):

    I’ll be honest, I haven’t had the patience to make risotto but with all of those great choices, I might just have to make the leap! (And I SO did not mean that as a leap day reference!)

    I LOVE risotto! Definitely want to try sweet potato and gorgonzola, apple and pecan, butternut turkey, and arugula ones. Maybe Brussels sprouts and bacon too!
