The weekend went by way too quickly.
I mean, I know a lot of Sundays we look back and think “the weekend is over already?” but it felt like there was no time at all between our arrival in and our departure from Heather’s.
However, there was lots of fun to be had. Treats were eaten. Friends were chatted with. Games were played. And not much sleeping occurred.
I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.

In case you couldn’t tell, I had a lot of fun playing with decorative paper and experimenting with new handwritings when I helped Heather with set-up for the blogger cookie exchange.

As we waited for everyone to arrive, we naturally gathered around the ever-growing tables of food and cookies.

Heather put together a fun “holiday movie quotes” game, where we all had to guess the movies the quotes were from. She picked some TOUGH quotes. Since I hung everything up (and therefore saw all the answers), I wasn’t allowed to play, but it was fun hearing everybody else’s guesses!

How would you do at our little game? Here’s two of the quotes (answers at the end of the post!)
#1:

#2:
We ate. We drank. We laughed. We talked. We laughed some more. We played. We exchanged cookies. And then we ate some more. All in all, it was a great weekend.

What did you do this weekend?

What a fun get together! I think all of us who weren’t there secretly wish we could have been.
Billy and I had a weekend full of dining out, spending time with friends who were in town from Florida and some Christmas errands.
