Our apartment is slowly emptying, being replaced with boxes. Lots of boxes.
For instance, all of this is packed up, with the exception of a handful of cookbooks and gardening books I may want this week:
We gave Max a haircut (actually did it ourselves!), because his hair was so long it kept getting in his eyes. He went from this:

To this:

Garlic herb soft pretzels were made and consumed.
A St. Patrick’s Day party was attended.
Chocolate was received. THANK YOU, Liane, for sending me massive amounts of chocolate for house closing/moving week. It will definitely come in handy.
How did you spend the weekend?

Aww…he’s so cute (both before and after)! And I feel you on the boxes. I just moved and my new place is still packed with them.
Ughh, we’re hoping to unpack as quickly as possible, but I’m sure we’ll have those lingering boxes left for awhile!
Max looks absolutely adorable with his new haircut! Great job!
Ugh, I am not looking forward to packing/moving/unpacking my stuff later this year. Booo. Bri is an excellent mover though. He has this system where you number each box, then number a sheet of paper and write down all of the items in that box, placing all of the sheets in a handy binder. At first I made fun of this system (too much work!) but it has been a lifesaver!
Wow, that is an intense system! I’d do it if we hadn’t already done 15 boxes or so
i love your shelf decor! i really want to get some great decorative + functional baskets in our new apartment!
Those particular ones come courtesy of Target!
My husband’s little sister is visiting us on her spring break – we spent Saturday in San Francisco and went down to Santa Cruz yesterday. It’s been fun!
Max is just adorable – love his new haircut!
How fun!
