Simple Tomatoes and Pasta

Sometimes, simple is best.

Take this pasta, for instance, born out of a large supply of fresh San Marzano tomatoes for freezing + a migraine that killed all desire to cook.   The combination of these five basic ingredients led me to crave it again the very next night, this time without the headache.

Spaghetti topped with olive oil, freshly ground black pepper, coarse sea salt and chopped tomatoes. Who knew such a simple mix could taste so good?

That looks heavenly. I love simple pasta dishes like this one, with just a sprinkle of freshly-grated peccorino romano.

Mmmmm. Freshly grated Parmesan or Romano makes everything better!

I just say that it is really a mouth watery dish even though it is just a simple one but I think it looks heavenly. I love pasta + tomatoes and my children would like it too.
