Snacks on a Plane: Quick Breads

Travel Snack #3: Pumpkin bread. Banana bread. It doesn’t really matter, as long as it is a “quick bread.”

Savvy Tip: “Quick breads” use the same batter as muffins! The only real difference between them is their shape and size! (Source: Ratio)

Pack a few pieces for your travels, and freeze the rest.

I used this recipe from Food & Wine, with some healthy modifications. Terrific for traveling!
