The Little Things #29

So often, we get caught up in our day to day routines and forget to appreciate the little things in life.  In my Little Things series, I like to honor the details that are making me happy today, and ask you to do the same!

The Little Things making me happy today are…

1. Heather sent me these adorable canning tags to say “congrats” on my Food52 win. Aren’t they cute?

2. Blood oranges. Less pulpy than regular oranges, with a bit of a grapefruit kick. I love them, even though I don’t like grapefruits.

3. Cadbury Mini Eggs. They only come out once a year!

4. Sunny days. It is cold out today, but at least it is sunny!

        It won’t be quite as fun… no awesome cruise afterwards… but it will still be fun I think.

        I’ll pass on the “hellos” though I’m fairly certain most of them read your blog, so I might not have to ;)

        Oh, and PS, Feesty has a fractured foot or something and she can’t run this year. :( Sounds like someone and their IT band last year :(

        But we’ll definitely think of you when we’re down there!!!
