My willpower today is approximately zero. I packed my snacks and my dinner, but let myself get so hungry that I ate chips and oreos at the SWE meeting anyways… and didn’t stop when I was full. On the bright side, I no longer let myself feel guilty for these things. I know that 98% of the time, I eat healthy and only when I’m hungry, and I’m active, so the occasional splurge is no biggie.
Now I’m eating grapes instead. They are just as delicious as the other snacks, and more refreshing ![]()

this is SUCH a great outlook, my friend. I need to channel my inner Julie whenever I start to get the “guilty” feellings for any decision i don’t deem as perfect with my eating. YOU ARE MY ATTITUDE HERO
